Ameesha started her career in retail over 23 years ago, with rich experience in various department and specialty stores, lifestyle and value formats. She has worked with organizations such as Tesco Hindustan Wholesaling, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, Crossword Bookstores Ltd, SWATCH Group and Shoppers Stop. Her understanding of the retail environment as well as her empathy with the front-end associates is the result of her personal journey from the shop floor to the being the Head of Buying. At TRRAIN, she has overall responsibility for all its initiatives and is a role model and mentor to the enthusiastic, young team.
Harit Nagpal is the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Sky Ltd., a joint venture of the Tata Group, 21CF and Temasek.Before joining Tata Sky in August 10, he was the Group Marketing Director of Vodafone plc based at Vodafones global headquarters in London.
Harit followed his graduation in Chemical Engineering with an MBA from FMS at Delhi, which he completed in 1985. In addition to the 9 years with Vodafone, during his 30 years of professional career, he has also worked with Shoppers Stop, Pepsi, Marico and Lakme in various leadership positions in fields like Sales, Exports, Operations and Marketing.
With a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University, Rohit worked in Forex banking in London for 2 years before joining Contract India, a part of the WPP Group in 1990.
Besides leading the strategic planning function for Contract nationally, Rohit also heads Core Consulting, the strategic business & marketing consulting division of Contract.
Pinaki is the Sector Leader for Consumer Products and Retail (CPR) for EY in India. As a part of this role, he is responsible for leading the firms Integrated go-to-market and client service strategies for the CP and Retail clients in India.
He is also the MSL for CPR in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), responsible for helping the growth in the sector through solutions and accounts.
Ms. Despande is Senior Managing Director for MegaDelta Capital Advisors LLP based in Mumbai. Prior to joining MegaDelta Capital Advisors LLP she was associated with NEA & ICICI ventures.

Suhas Tuljapurkar is the Managing Partner of Legasis Partners, a law firm having offices in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi. He is also founder director of Legasis Services Private limited a legal support services provider (including IT-enabled legal support services), having global delivery centre at Pune

Ms. Mehta, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, has, over the years, handled multiple responsibilities and dealt with diverse business situations. After heading her family printing ink business as CEO fro 10 years, she moved to teaching as part-time faculty in various business schools in Mumbai. Since December 1, 2010, she has moved back to her role as Operations Director at the Kherwadi Social Welfare Association.
